REGISTRATION REFUNDS
Region 124 uses the following refund request policy:
- Effective May 1, 2018, there will be absolutely no refunds of the national player fee of $20 + $2.75 service/processing fee. Once a player is registered that fee will NOT be refunded.

As posted at registration - Fall 2025 Refunds:
- All REFUND REQUESTS must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Include the player’s name, birth date, address, and to whom the refund check should be issued to.
- There is a $15 handling fee to process refund requests. If the Region is unable to place a child on a team a FULL REFUND will be given.
- A FULL REFUND (less $15) shall be given if the request is emailed before Aug 10, 2025*.
- A 50% REFUND (less $15) shall be given if the request is emailed between Aug 11 - Aug 31, 2025*.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER September 1, 2025*.
- *Once player attends 1 or more games and/or practices no refunds can be issued.
- No Refunds for jersey/uniform kits can be given since uniforms are ordered through a separate vendor and are not handled by AYSO Region124.
- Please note that all refund requests will take four to six weeks to process.
- There is no guarantee in a minimum/maximum number of games a player will have in a season. No refunds will be issued for changes in the schedule.
AYSO Region 124 is not responsible for any purchases done with our vendors (ie., photographer, tshirt and fan gear, etc). We are not responsible for the individual store/vendor’s refund and return policies. Any requests for refunds will need to be handled with each vendor via their refund and return policies.

- All REFUND REQUESTS must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] Include the player’s name, birth date, address, and to whom the refund check should be issued to.
- There is a $15 handling fee to process refund requests. If the Region is unable to place a child on a team a FULL REFUND will be given.
- A FULL REFUND (less $15) shall be given if the request is emailed by NOVEMEBER 15, 2024*.
- A 50% REFUND (less $15) shall be given if the request is emailed by NOVEMEBER 25, 2023.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER NOVEMEBER 26, 2023*.
- *Once player attends 1 or more games and/or practices no refunds can be issued.
- Refunds for jersey/uniform kits will ONLY be given for those that haven’t received/picked up the jersey/uniform kit. Once received, we are not able to give a refunds on these items.

REGISTRATION REFUNDS
By accepting the offer to play and registration, you understand you are responsible for paying the $425 registration fees as well as any and all additional team fees and uniform fee established by the team for the 2025-2026 seasons. Once registration is completed, we will not be able to provide any refunds. **No refunds available after the binding date of June 16, 2025**

Refunds for seasons prior to June 30, 2024:
- ALL refunds for seasons prior to June 30, 2024 are CLOSED and not available for refunds.

Chargebacks
A chargeback is the reversal of a credit card or bank transaction initiated by the cardholder through their financial institution. Chargebacks are intended to resolve fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Policy on Chargebacks
Prohibited Use:
Chargebacks should not be used to avoid or dispute club fees. All concerns must be addressed directly with AYSO 124 through the proper dispute resolution process.
Fees for Chargebacks:
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting the region/club:
- A $35 administrative fee will be assessed to the account.
- The full original amount of the chargeback will remain due.
Account Status:
While a chargeback is under investigation, the player may be suspended from participation in practices, games, and tournaments until the issue is resolved and the balance is paid in full.
Chargeback Resolution Process
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Contact the region/club treasurer or administrator at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
- Provide documentation or explanation to help resolve the issue.
- If an error is found, a refund or adjustment will be issued without the need for a chargeback.
Chargeback Failure to Resolve
Unresolved chargebacks or repeated violations of this policy may result in:
- Permanent suspension from the region/club
- Loss of good standing
- Referral to collections if unpaid balances persist
All statements will be emailed to the responsible party.
